Our Responsibilty
We will do the following:
1) Guarantee your puppy to be in excellent health when we pass it off to you
2) All immunizations will be up-to-date and a copy of their medical record
reflecting this along with all other health related treatment to date
3) Provide you with a schedule for future immunizations and wormings
4) Provide you with the pups' pedigree, AKC registration and your bill of sale
5) A puppy packet for the first night away!

Your Responsibilty
You will be responsible for:Having your new puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery and to notify us immediately if any major problems are found requiring the return of the puppy.
Provide a fenced yard with adequate shelter ... never allow this pup to roam or be staked out!
Provide all necessary medical care with vaccinations being current, parasite free and clean.
If pup was purchased with a limited registration and in order to receive the refund, as listed in the contract, provide us with proof of spay/neuter within the stated time period.
If pup was purchased with a full registration and in order to receive the refund, as listed in the contract, provide us with proof of health clearances at the min. age of 24 months (hip/elbow required).
Give us the first chance to reacquire the dog in the event that it ever becomes impossible for the owner to keep the animal. The animal cannot be sold, traded, given away, destroyed or otherwise transferred without written permission from us.
